Consumer Reviews
"I've owned and driven many cars in my lifetime, but this is by far my favorite! After test driving one, I knew this was the car I wanted, but after owning it I am even more impressed. The engineering and overall quality is so top notch that it's actually surprising, especially considering the price. On one hand, it is quiet and comfortable with an outstanding sound system so it feels like riding in a high end luxury car... until you step on the gas pedal! This car can MOVE!!!! I don't know about the touring model, but the Hemi C makes this an exciting ride! So much so, in fact, that my fiance has been a Mercedes & BMW fan for years, but is now considering getting the Chrysler 300 SRT8 instead. We both highly recommend this vehicle for anyone who's looking for style, comfort, speed and great value."

"This a seriously remarkable car. Talk about having it all! It's comfortable, spacious, smooth and fast. I've thought about looking at new cars a few times but I've yet to find anything that compares to this car. I even drove a brand new 300C and I didn't even like it as well. Best car I've ever had!!!"

"Had this car for 5 months now and it had 45,000 mi when I brought it home. Always sounded loose up front but handles very smooth. I think it could have used a tighter suspension always feels like it has an extra bounce to it. The HEMI 5.7 is powerfull and fun to drive! Gas miles avarage is 17 city and 20 highway approx... I like to step on the gas alot too so take that into account.. The inside is sweet, it has lots of room and plenty of trunk space. If you get the nav package it will take some getting use to. Stereo is nice and loud although, the stations don't all come in, I get lots of stations that I cannot listen to because they don't tune in good. It the stereo unit not my area. Outside build quility is is very nice. Chrysler made a solid car here and all the trimmings fit nicely. Big 18 inch tires make it look real cool. And the HID lights are awsome at night. If your worried about gas look at the 07 model not the 06.. I'm very happy with my 300 and so far do not have any complaints thus far.."

"I love my 2006 300C It's powerful, corners well for a car its size, and is very comfortable. It's a bit gas-thirsty but that's probably due to how I drive. The nav system is very slow and difficult to operate but that is the only design negative. The OEM tires lasted only 11,000 miles and there were some glitches fixed under warranty (I found better tires). But at 75,000 miles and over five years old, despite a couple of rattles and squeaks, it's still a very solid car. And it handles great in the snow due to it's traction control, especially since it's a powerful, rear-drive car. It's my daily driver no matter the weather and has gone over snowy mountain passes with aplomb. Biggest problem was at about 65,000 miles the water pump went out and that was an expensive fix. You have to change the spark plugs every 30,000 miles, too, and that gets expensive. The brakes seem barely adequate to the task of slowing this heavy car. But it's still a fun, comfortable, stylish ride and I can't imagine wanting to trade it in for anything made today."

"just returned to Colorado from our first trip in this car. went to Oregon to see kids and grandkids. drove through all kinds of weather, snow, sleet, rain, 45-50 mile per hr. winds, even found some sun. car ran beautifully the whole trip. is AWD, so had no traction problems. got 17.1 mpg going into a 45 mph wind, got 24.2 with a 45mph tailwind. overall trip around 3200 miles w/ avg. 20 mpg. interior is leather and quite comfy. the hemi provided all the power needed on 2 lane highways to pass and was extremely smooth while mountain driving. with cruise on, it almost never picks up speed on a downhill. auto downshift to maintain speed. uphill never loses speed the only improvement I need to make to the vehichle is to have a passenger seat grab bar installed for my wife as she is disabled. moisture activated wipers were very handy to have as road conditions often changed rapidly. my wife appreciated the heated seats as weather changed frequently."

"Yes this car takes fuel, but you probably already knew that getting into it. You'll blow all the other cars off the road with the Hemi too, even if you keep it stock. And its unmistakable appearance is so classy. A big boss on the road. Fits me perfect and plenty of room in the backseat for the kids. I do wish there wasn's so much plastic inside, but it't still really nice inside."

"Purchased a 2006 300C AWD and I love this car. Me being 6'4" tall, I have more than enough room and the power is unbelievable. This vehicle has so many options that sometimes I feel as if I'm driving a german competitor that costs thousands more. Oh, did I mention I love the power HEMI, for the win!!"

"I bought this 2006 Chrysler 300c AWD with under 50,000 miles as a second car. With a few upgrades, low temp thermostat, cold air intake, and the resonators removed...this car is a BEAST! Plus my gas mileage has increased about 2.5 mpg. I drive it from Cleveland to Dallas and I get between 23 to 25.5 mpg...AWESOME! For the ride and the comfort some people think this car is for show, but my Chrysler 300c AWD is for GO! I will buy a new one this coming year..."

"I bought this car used with 41K miles. After two months and 4K miles I have averaged 21mpg mostly city and some highway driving. 25-26 for all higway driving. Overall I love this car. It rides fantastic and drives very nice. It has all the features you could want and then some. Plus, for the size of the car, I can't really complain about fuel mileage. The car gets complements by lots of people and suites our family well. The suspension is a little soft when going around corners at speed. This thing doesn't drive like a sports car. I'd suggest some stiffer sway bars or similar. Also the trunk opening and closing isn't as nice as it should be on a car of this caliber. Otherwise, leave the car as is!"

"This car has great performance, gets reasonable mileage (22 mpg Highway) and has striking ageless looks. Very sinister intimidating stance. It is very comfortable around town as well as on the road. It has individual climate controls, heated and electric seats and a great multi-speaker sound system including satelite radio."
