"This vehicle replaced 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, was looking at 2011,2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee then I saw e the New Durango. I have the Durango Express 3.6L which had all the features I needed but added 3rd row seating which can come handy at times. The one and only complaint I have is the Air Recir. when selected does not stay selected the next time you restart or go on a trip later that day or next day. Dodge is aware of this issue which causes other exhaust and unplesant oders when in city driving. All in All this vehicle is Quit, smooth riding and very responsive."

"Solid family truckster, you fell safe and comfortable. It delivers a quiet smooth ride. The Crew edition has plenty of extras but it could have used auto sensing wipers & Navigation standard; in today's tech world this should not be an add-on. In addition the promotion is a family car but DVD entertainment system is also an add-on...:( Thats why they make aftermarket i guess."

"Sleek, comfortable, and fun to drive. Inside and out the Dodge Durango Citadel edition has met all of our expectations. My wife and I just celebrated the birth of our new son. This vehicle has been perfect as a family car. The power lift gate, leather seats, roomy interior, climate control, remote start feature, 3rd row seating, rear facing safety camera, and comfortable ride have made our 2011 Durango a solid choice."

"The 2011 Dodge Durango had me at 'hello.' I was impressed from the moment I first drove it as a rental car in CA. And this is despite the Dodge sour taste in my mouth from our crummy 2005 Grand Caravan. (It's no wonder they went bankrupt - what a shoddy product!) The Durango: sharp styling, fun to drive, great features, rather economical V6 (esp given its size), and a stunning interior - WOW. The CREW trim gives a lot for the $$$. Even if - like me - you think you don't need all the fancy stuff like power tailgate, backup camera, etc... you might find yourself delighted w/ them once you have them. (The base model is quite good still - better than most entry level trims.) I'm stunned how great the handling is - exceptionally smooth and very, very quiet. The seats are large, supportive but not hard, immensely adjustable, even throne-like. Its rear wheel drive is more enjoyable than its front drive competitors. Towing is also strong even on base models without options. Got a pop-up camper? Bring it on, no tow package required! And I never get tired of seeing and touching the dashboard's subtle pattern and cushioned feel. Downsides? A few quibbles - the mileage around town does drop fast if you don't feather it from stoplight to stoplight. The CREW stereo gets really loud, but it's muddy sounding until the volume is high, and then it sounds better. This is a great way to get our 4 kids around town, though some sort of expanded storage on the roof is needed for camping trips since the "trunk" is a bit limited. The cruise control system is a tad slow to engage sometimes, like when pushing the resume button. And the backup camera screen is slow to become visible when putting the car in reverse. Like I said - quibbles; nothing that will irritate an owner over the years. What about quality? Well, this is post-bankrupt Dodge, and it shares its underpinnings w/ a Jeep and Mercedes, so it's promising. Even better though - for a reasonable price Chrysler offer a LIFETIME unlimited year/mileage warranty that's pretty much "bumper to bumper." That sealed the deal for me! I bought a lightly used model that was only 6 mo old and approx eight thousand $$$ below MSRP."

"Traded in my Lexus 400h for my Durango Citadel and it has way more options and luxury than my Lexus ever had, but with a much better price tag. I am not much of a car enthusiast, but I must say that I fell in love with the Citadel the minute I got in it. Great vehicle, great features, great price!"

Love my new Durango

"I have been a Dodge/Jeep person all my life. I traded in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler for the 2011 Durango. I loved my Jeep but I tow both an enclosed trailer for my wood working projects and an open trailer for my ATV. The Wrangler could tow both but at times it was a chore to handle. I needed something with a larger engine but did not want to go back to a truck. I found my Durango with the Hemi engine in a Crew model and took it for a test drive and have not looked back. I put on the required 500 miles before towing a trailer and then another 500 miles towing a trailer at lower speeds for the total break-in period. It handled the open trailer with the ATV loaded with no problem at all, in fact I had to keep looking back to make sure the trailer was still there. I also like the seven seat capability, now I can take the daughter and family all in one vehicle. I have over 1200 miles on it now and tomorrow I head out to WY on my hunting trip. So far I am very pleased with the new redesigned Durango and all the nice bells and whistles that came with it. I am a computer programmer/tech so I love new electronic toys and this one has a lot of them."

"Never in my mind would I have thought I'd go to a Ford/Jeep dealer! I was driving a GMC Yukon XL but needed to down size! MY eye was attracted to a new truck called the Dodge Durango! I took it for a test drive and was sold! The performance, the look of it, the handling was perfect! Coming up with the new body style and front end looks of the Charger was brilliant! I'm proud to say I drive a Dodge! I get so many compliments and people looking at this new truck it's incredible!"

"We've had our 2011 Durango for a week and I love it so far. Traded in a 2006 Pontiac Montana and worth it. Also test drove the GMC Acadia but like the sportier and tighter feel of the Durango. Great vehicle!"
