"The styling, comfort, and performance are great. I was little surprised at the lower than anticipated fuel economy. I am also a little dissapointed by the brake noise I get in the morning. Very loud screeching that dissipears once I've been on the road for a few minutes. Overall, very little to complain about and alot I love!"

"I have driven front wheel drive cars for years and have forgotten how great a good rear wheel drive car handles. The G37 corners on par with some sports cars. While the engineers did a nice job of engineering in a very nice growl from both the engine and the exhaust during acceleration, once up to speed the car is whisper quiet. I have never detected any wind noise. Regarding build quality, driving this car is like driving a bank vault - it is that solid. No squeaks or rattles whatsoever. Acceleration is very strong. I was worried about what the gas mileage would be like, having read the car can be very thirsty. Driven moderately, and using cruise control set at 70, I got as high as 29.1 on my first trip from Portland, Oregon to Sacramento, and that included the stop lights and traffic through town getting to the freeway. Going over the mountains, it never dipped below 27.1 mpg - great mileage. I just finished up my third tank, and city/freeway combined was 26.1 - very surprised by the engine's efficiency. Interior space up front is fantastic for two. There is a lot of seat travel and if you move the front seats up enough there is sufficient room in the back seat. The trunk is somewhat small, but doable. In summary, you will not be disappointed with this car!"

"I purchased a certified pre-owned 2009 G37x three months ago. It was coming off a 2 yrs lease and had 24k miles, I was coming from a 10yr old Subaru. Likes - Performance and luxury feel. Dislikes - 20mpg (though not a surprise) Items that I feel should be included in a base model are not, specifically back up warning, bluetooth and ipod integration. Transmission acts weird sometimes (G37 forums have LOTS of comments on this). Engine sound is not inspiring It may seem like I dont like it, not true. There are 328 reasons to like this car (328hp)"

"I am 63 years old and I have had many nice cars. I have owned Acura and Toyota but the Infinity G37X is hands down the best car I have ever driven. Today was our first snowfall of the season and I got to try out the all wheel drive, well, I was blown away by the way it preformed, there was no way I was going to get this car stuck. The car handles very well, is comfortable to drive and has more than enough power (328 HP). Hands down, this is the best car I have ever driven, I can't say enough, also the 7 speed trany is great."

"I love this car. Best value of all similar cars. Only downside: 1, smallest trunk space with top down among similar cars. 2, A little more wind than the lexus, but not too much. Luxurious, powerful, reliable. More car for the money compared to lexus 350is, way more car compared to BMW. The car is very fast. It is, feels and sounds powerful."

"My only complaint is that I wish I had gotten the 2010. The 2009 model has an older Nav system that has a lower resolution display, doesn't display iPod artwork and won't play songs over bluetooth. If you're not into any of that, I'm sure the 2009 is just as good."

"I love this car. I'm upset I waited so long to buy it. Great car. Peppy engine. Smooth suspension. Top opens in less than 30 seconds. minimal wind even on the free way. Only issue is the trunk space. Infiniti is probably the worst of the cars I compared in regard to trunk space with top down. G37 is very comparable to lexus 350 is, just cheaper. I liked infiniti navigation and speakers in headrest better. Infiniti seemed smoother, maybe faster. I liked the looks and lines of infiniti better. Lexus 350 IS, a little less wind and more trunk space. Basically the same car, G37 a little cheaper unless you go 250 IS. BMW 135 is nice, just no hard top convertible. 3 series and 335 is similar just more money. Audi A4 is nice, similiar- again no hard top. Audi top however can open and close less 30 MPH. Curiously, although not advertised, My G37 top opens and closes at very slow speeds."
